Kathryn "Katie" Boyko is my favorite provider, and she's an important asset to UH and its reputation. Katie provides exceptional care and always has a positive mood and attitude. She treats all concerns and health issues with great respect, and she explains in appropriate detail, customized to patient's knowledge. She participates with the patient and respects my proposals for care of my conditions. Katie regularly responds to questions in MyChart even after hours. She's been there forever me after hours every time I've had to page her, and she replies within minutes, expressing genuine concern and care on those callbacks. Katie is smarter than most MDs I've encountered, and I trust her care and treatment plans deeply. We have mutual respect and mutual trust. I trust and value Katie so much that I've followed her from Bedford down to UH Copley in Akron-even though it's almost an hour drive for me. Finding an exceptional PCP is hard, so I had no reservation in remaining her patient despite moving 20 min further from me. ***
