I have been very pleased with the continued care from Dr Boyd and the staff.
Dr Boyd always does an excellent job. He is very easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable with him. In addition, the medical assistant (cannot remember her name) was very friendly and personable (I did mention this to Dr Boyd, as I think she was the assistant at my last visit in October and she was extremely easy to talk to and friendly). I feel that the time one spends with the assistant is just as important as the time with the physician. A good experience with the assistant sets the tone for your time with the physician.

This is the second appointment I have had with Dr. Christopher Boyd. I truly appreciate his education, compassion and concern for my health. I also value that he is a true diagnostician. Too few doctors today don't want to look into the reason and causes of a patient's diagnosis. Dr. Boyd always takes time to address what my concerns are.
I have problems with drug allergies and he has ben very helpful in trying to find those I can tolerate.
Doctor Boyd is very caring Doctor very knowledgeable. I have been with him for many years and have all the confidence in him.
We are very pleased w Dr. Boyd and all staff related to care. Side note we had the occasion to visit the acute care by the bowling lanes. We rec'd the same attentive care as at the office by NP Kotsis and staff. They were thorough and were wonderful on a day I felt especially lousy. I left w all I needed and feeling I would feel better soon.
Dr Boyd understood that this followup from an ER visit was to clarify a previous surgery cancellation and he addressed that.
I feel most fortunate to have Dr. Boyd as my doctor.

Biggest concern with University Hospital is when I'm admitted to the hospital I have strange doctors not my doctor who knows me and who knows my concerns and I completely trust Dr Boyd not these strange doctors whose bedside manners are not always the best not being able to have Dr Boyd oversee my care when I have to be hospitalized sometimes keeps me from going to the hospital
Good doctor and people in office, however although he did not appear hurried, I am sure there is pressure from UH to see more patients. Ah for the good old days.

As always, Dr. Boyd listened to my questions and responded with respect. Nearly all of my visits are routine, but I did have a couple of additional concerns this visit and he explained what I was concerned about. I should note that I use the patient portal for blood test results, so follow-up by this office was done through the portal and not by other means.
Good visit, doc saw I could go from shot to pills on one med, makes life easier.
I am very happy with the care I receive when visiting Dr. Boyd. He's also a good listener.
