Patient Experience Reviews
I'm very happy that Dr Boswell is part of my health care team. He's always very attentive and very easy to talk to. I see him every 3 to 4 months for a cortisone shot in my shoulder and he does it with ease and I never feel any pain. He's an excellent clinician and University Hospitals should be proud to have him on their staff!
Very thorough and friendly
Dr Boswell was kind, efficient, and informative. I'm grateful that he made suggestions for treatment that helped me get back to my activities.
Dr Boswell is caring, professional and has a very engaging personality.
I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF SOMETHING IS WRONG.. I WILL NOT FILL OUT THIS AGIN. I AM GOING FOR SHOTS NOT LIFE SAVING CARE...
Dr. Boswell and nurse are always pleasant and listen to my concerns. Very professional and always take good care of me.
I was thrilled to have such an attentive and fellow spending their time with me. It was a wonderful and calming experience. I truly felt good when I walked out. Both gentlemen were considerate and took their time making sure I was comfortable and understood.
I think Dr Boswell and his resident did an excellent job for the issue I had.
Good experience
Dr. Boswell is my regular orthopedic doctor. At this appointment I had a knee X-ray first. The staff in that department were excellent. Dr. Boswell and I discussed the results and future planning. I will hopefully be getting a knee injection. He submitted the information for insurance approval. The office will be emailing me through My Chart with the decision and future scheduling. I will continue to see Dr. Boswell.
Dr. Boswell and Lisa his assistant fabulous!

Always a great experience with this office!!!
Dr. Boswell was excellent in answering my questions and providing realistic answers - even suggestions on how to prepare for my upcoming *** trip with my grandchildren. ***

The facility was very relaxing and staff very professional and nice.
This appointment was for a knee injection. Everything went well. The procedure was explained to me as it was being done. Dr. Boswell is a wonderful orthopedic doctor and I will continue to see him.
KEEPS YOU INFORMED ON THE PROCDURE
Dr. Boswell and his staff are wonderful. Very sympathetic and listen well. I was able to postpone an injection because Dr. Boswell and his asst *** listened to me and gave me options. Very happy. I had my follow up appt. Handed to me as I left the treatment room!
Excellent provider
Dr. Boswell worked well with me. I was impressed with his knowledge, skill, and empathy for a nervous patient.
This by far was the best doctor I have had since getting my injections in my Knees. Why haven't the other doctors I've had didn't know or use ultrasound to inject in my knee. Hope you pass on this INFO to other doctors!!!

I have always had a good experience with visits to Dr. Boswell. He has been very helpful with trying to eliminate the pain in my right knee and was always very supportive of decisions that I have made.
Awesome experience as always with this group
Dr Boswell and his staff are wonderful!
Excellent care from everyone.
Boswell provided excellent care, very informative to set my expectations. Professional medical care, extremely knowledgeable and sharing of my medical situation.Would have liked better communication for the delay. Did not see the physician for one hour after arrival.
Dr Boswell was attentive, caring, informative and knowledgeable. I have referred a friend to him and they were equally as pleased. ***
The care provider was excellent! ***
Dr Boswell is the kind of health care provider that everyone wishes they had. He's professional, caring and gentle and remembers details from past conversations. He aLeah's enters the room with a smile on his face! Going to visit health care providers is not on my top three list of things I want to do on any given day. But, if I have to go I'm very fortunate that Dr Boswell is the provider I'm going to see.
VERY GOOD
Dr. Boswell asked me to schedule an appointment for procedure, by calling his office number and speaking to his nurse/assistant. Unfortunately, because of your terrible phone system, I ended spending 25 minutes before I finally got through to someone who understood what I wanted to do - and then all they could do was leave a message for the person I was trying to contact.. I have not received a call back.
The doctor and his staff are professional patient nice and caring
Great guy. Explained other better options next time
Caring approach to my health by all involved during this appointment. Will go back absolutely if warranted
Excellent experience all around!
