Nicole Bort, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive skin care for teens and adults. She believes in partnering with each patient to create a treatment plan that not only addresses their condition but also supports their overall well-being and confidence. Bort’s special clinical interest is caring for patients with hidradenitis suppurativa, and she is committed to patient education as a cornerstone of treatment. She sees patients in Brunswick and North Ridgeville.
Bort earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Kent State University, focusing her doctoral work on improving dermatology education for primary care providers. At University Hospitals, she serves as the Department of Dermatology Division Chief of Nursing, Director of Nursing Education, and Program Director of the Nurse Practitioner Post-Graduate Dermatology Training Program. She has been published in dermatology journals, contributed a textbook chapter, and speaks at conferences and universities across the country.
