My experience with Heather Blume was absolutely wonderful. She was down to earth and relatable, and listened to what I had to say carefully. All of her explanations and thoughts about my condition and any appropriate follow up that would be required with my PCP were very, very clear and easy to understand. She was professional, but candid and relatable and she made sure I understood what the content of the surgical risk assessment letter she put together actually meant. I have a bad history regarding heart health in my family, and she took that seriously, and I hope - if or when I require any additional cardiac care - that I'll be able to work with her again.
