Study Purpose

The purpose of this pilot study is to determine if we are able to deliver a series of either in-person or hybrid self-care interventions to address quality of life among people experiencing chronic pain due to SCD. Two of these self-care interventions use music. The other uses verbal discussion. All interventions are led by a certified professional.
