Intensive Outpatient Program

The University Hospitals Intensive Outpatient Program is a group-therapy treatment program facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians. Patients attend the program Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm. This is a short-term program and the estimated length of stay is approximately six to eight weeks. Patients are seen by the team psychiatrist on a weekly basis for medication management. Each patient has an individualized treatment plan and, prior to discharge, appointments for follow-up care are facilitated in order to ensure continuity of care.

A comprehensive assessment of the patient is required for admission to the IOP. Click here to schedule your intake assessment.
