Dr. Waters is an excellent physician and always takes the time to go over your mental and physical health. Because she gives patients the time they need a longer wait in the waiting room is acceptable.
I love Dr. Waters. She always listens, makes me feel heard and takes what I have to say seriously. She is very helpful when it comes to what my next steps for anything need to be and she helps with how to navigate the health system. I'm never rushed when I talk to her, I feel valued and comfortable there. Also, the visiting nurse this time was excellent! He was friendly and approachable and funny! I wish he was there all the time!

I know that she had a difficult case that day, I believe there needs to be more university Hospital, family doctors that see adults. I would like to keep Dr Waters as my primary care physician. She is the best I feel that people should not wait to see her for well over an hour.

First appointment with doctor for a physical. She will be my new primary care doc. I liked her, the staff and office location. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions . I received test results within a day or two. I have a referral appt. Scheduled. It was positive experience.

The provider appointment was great. She listened and ordered all things needed for medical concerns before leaving the office, Providers nurse was was robotic and rushed patient while getting weight and vital signs.

This was my first visit with this doctor. I was looking for a new PCP. I like Dr. Waters very much and plan to continue to see her as my PCP. She ordered some tests for me that were due and was quick to respond with results and explanations for any anomalies. She has ordered more tests based on the initial results and has been very good about keeping me informed. I am very happy I found her.
I know doctors are busy and asked to do too many things! I feel like I never know next steps. It's like you can only do one thing at a time in one appointment. I always want to ask: and then what? We run a test and then what?
Dr waters is a great doctor who is very patient, understanding and caring. She listens, advises and truly makes you feel cared for. She is the best. The phone system and process needs a lot of work. It is impersonal, long and the commercials need to be toned down.
