Because Dr Waters takes the time to LISTEN to what her patients have to say, she sometimes is behind in her appointments. As a medical professional, i.e. Pharmacist, I value her time and do not have a problem waiting a small amount of time if necessary!

I absolutely love my provider Dr Waters
It was a mediocre experience. The wait time was absolutely unacceptable. Appointment was at 11. Arrived at 10:45. In the room 11:20 waited for the doctor until 11:50. It was after 12:20 by the time we left. Doctor was dismissive of concerns and left feeling disappointed
My wait time might be a little longer, but I know that going in. Dr waters takes time with her patients, listens to them and show the care a doctor should. Thank you.

The day I was there, the doctor didn't have a medical assistant and was doing everything herself. She brought me in from the waiting room, acted as the medical assistant taking my vital signs, etc. I'm not upset that I had a little longer to wait under these circumstances.
