My experience as Dr. Spagnuolo patient has been very very good. Dr. Spagnuolo is always thorough, he takes time and makes sure I understand, and he listens. He is kind, respectful and because of his professionalism, I trust him and I feel that he cares about my health. His staff is pleasant. His Nurse is very knowledgeable, always nice and she responds promptly whenever I have a questions . All in all I feel that I receive excellent care from Dr. Spagnuolo and his staff.

The care provider experience was very good. The lab experience using Quest was the most impersonal experience I've had. I sure hope UH isn't going this route for providing care.
