Patient Experience Reviews
Very good visit in all aspects of care I thank you again merry Christmas
Nicole provided me with the information about a biopsy I had removed during my last colonoscopy. Since the doctor never called me to go over the results of the biopsy. I looked it up on my UH chart . She explained what was found and the concern to do another colonoscopy after 6 months to be sure everything was good. I greatly appreciate Nicole and the information she provided to me.Thank you
Nicole is wonderful, cares about her patients and always listens to my concerns. She is amazing and and always goes over and beyond to make sure I am doing well and always follows up.
Good experience all around. It was her colonoscopy and an endoscopy
First time I met Nicole. I love her as my new doctor. She is caring and concerned. Help me feel comfortable
Good experience. I was early for my appointment and my whole visit was over just a few minutes before my appointment was scheduled to start. Staff and health care providers were very helpful.
This was one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. Everyone was attentive and efficient, which Is really Important to me squeezing In a medical appointment during a busy work day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
*** This provider was excellent.
Nicole was very cheerful, yet completely understandable. She carefully explained the results of the tests run and how I could review them in MyChart
Everything was good
It was a very good experience. The NP and her team were very professional and explained everything so that we could understand.
Nicole was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my issues. She took time to listen and included me in the conversation.
I love Nicole. I would highly recommend her.
Over all it was a good conciliation. But some of your questions didn't fit the appt. There wasn't a nurse to help me.
Very good professional routine visit
Fantastic prep visit. As excited as one can be about a colonoscopy!
The whole visit , a pre screening for a colonoscopy , could have been done without an office visit.
It was a very good appointment. It was a follow up for a future procedure. Everything was explained very well.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
