Dr Shroff Is an excellent provider w a warm manner & obvious concern for her patients. However, due to her naturally rapid rate of speech, (to my ear) slightly accented pronunciation and sometime use of Medical vs layman's terms I often have to ask her to repeat and/or explain comments in order to get the upshot. I appreciate that she doesn't hesitate to comply to my request or answer questions - as any doc should, tho unfortunately many are not as gracious as Dr Shroff.

Brief visit. Appointment needed to address an immediate concern. I got in right away. Although provider did not remember me as a patient, access to my previous medical records provided sufficient information. Provider listened to me thoroughly and addressed the issue appropriately.
Dr. Shroff is phenomenal! She has far exceeded my expectations and I count my blessings that she accepted me as a patient. She is thorough, understanding, very intelligent and reassuring. I feel comfortable, safe and secure! The staff around her are friendly and professional and I feel the respect they have for Dr. Shroff and treat me. In my opinion, UH is fortunate to have Dr.Shroff!
