Dr. Roof was great. Did a procedure that resolved my problem in about two minutes. They saw me upon arrival, and I was done before my scheduled appointment!

Very positive experience with an an expert ENT doctor.
After 4 to 6 Other physicians, who could not help my current situation . Dr Roof was the only one to solve it. Thank you for such a wonderful Dr
Excellent visit clear, concise instructions and also very clear explanations. First time with this provider and am extremely satisfied
Dr roof was amazing. His staff was friendly and helpful
Was kind enough to see me on short notice, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Mostly because of geography I usually see another ENT doctor, but I wish Dr. Roof was my permanent ENT doctor, he really knows his stuff and listens, the latter a rare quality among doctors, especially specialists.
This was my first appointment at UH, and It was good. The office staff & Dr. Roof were friendly & welcoming as I arrived. During the exam, I appreciated Dr. Roof's explaining what he needed to do, & afterward, his diagnosis. I was very comfortable.
Best ENT Doctor, took care of my ear problem right away, and suggested follow-up in 6-9 months which I will schedule with him definitely.
Dr. Roof provided exceptional care. He was thorough, friendly and patient with my 10 year old daughter. Great bedside manner!
Everything professional and helpful
From the receptionist to Dr. Roof's nurse, and Dr. Roof were phenomenal! I am a stickler for time. I am never late. I arrived 30 minutes early. I took care of my paperwork, was called back to the examination room, took care of vitals with the nurse, saw the doctor and was on my way home before my appointment time of 9:20am. Now that is efficiency! Kudos to Dr.Roof and his team!
I had a great interaction with Dr. Roof. He took care of my issue and the physical relief I felt within 24 hours was incredible
Fabulous
Dr Roof seemed genuinely concerned about *** and gave us a referral to one of his colleagues who specializes in what *** needs. He was very patient and kind.
Drm Roof is professional but so personable. I wish I could see him for primary care and not just ear problems. He is kind. Listens. And walks in knowledgeable of history and problem that was called in. Dr. Roof is awesome. Not many doctors are as amazing as he is
Dr. Roof was very kind and patient explaining mom's hearing loss related to aging and the options available to her.
This doctor was fantastic. I went to him for a minor ear problem and he identified the cause immediately and remedied my problem. He was very kind and understanding in addition to being very thorough. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
