Patient Experience Reviews
Everyone Treated me with respect and courtesy And the staff was very professional
This was my first appointment. I found out things that I didn't know about myself.
VERY CARING
I was very happy with Adam he took time with me and believe me when I talked with him I am unhappy that he can help me anymore
Adam is excellent! Very caring and knowledgeable.
First time seeing Adam, very happy with the appointment

*** He was a good provider
Adam Ridenour and staff are professional and caring. Everyone was calm which put me at ease. Adam answered all my questions in a way that I understood. I highly recommend Adam Ridenour.
Very good experience
Great
This was an introductory appointment. Adam was great; listened well, asked good questions, engaged in discussion about my questions and concerns.
He provided a better solution on how to handle my asthma medications.
My visit with Adam was great. He was very helpful in advising me on ways to control my allergies in an affordable way using OTC products for my specific symptoms, which was not the reason for my visit but just something I asked about. I highly recommend this provider and office, the staff is wonderful!
Dr was very knowledgeable and good bed side manner and explained everything very well. I just met this Dr. And I like him a lot. I wish he was my primary Dr. I trust him 100%.
Very friendly , and listen to me
I was 100% pleased with every aspect of my visits. Adam asked me very specific questions regarding my problem, and he really listened to my answers. I am very satisfied with the care I received! Adam ordered lab work and testing, and I was very impressed with this facility. Thank you!!
Good
Excellent visit.
I was treated very respectful, and I felt that I had enough time, and the provider and assistance was very professional
This was my first visit with a UH provider. Every single part of this visit was perfect! From check-in to check-out everyone was very friendly and efficient! Adam was exceptional! He asked very specific questions about the problem I am having and really listened to my answers! The facility was extremely clean! I could not ask for a better first experience with a new provider!
I really like meeting my new doctor and got results about my condition
This was my first time seeing a pulmonologist so I wasn't sure what to expect. After almost 3 months of a persistent cough and providers prescribing antibiotics then telling me to wait it out, I made an appointment with Adam Ridenour. He spent more time with me reviewing and wanting to understand what has happened with me than some of the providers I had already seen. We are still in the testing phase but it was refreshing to have a provider with empathy and who listened.
Excellent, caring provider
This was a meet and greet with Adam Ridenour. I have never had anyone spend time getting to know my health issues and previous care as he did. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with his care and concern. It was very refreshing to find a CNP like him. I am so grateful I found him.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
