Very positive experience. Dr.Mullin is very personable and competent. I was very comfortable with her. I cant say enough positive things about this practice. I've seen 3 doctors in this practice and love them all!
Dr. Mullen is kind and caring. I never feel rushed. She is an asset to the UH staff.
I was appalled at the behavior of the receptionists. They had something negative to say about every patient they spoke with on the phone. It was all with in earshot of the waiting area. Also, the receptionist who checked me in spoke very quickly and like she had everything memorized. She didn't make me feel welcome or appreciated.
Dr Mullen is dear to my heart and I'm grateful to have her as my OBGYN I wouldn't go to any one else
Dr. Mullen is awesome. I feel she always takes the time to really listen and evaluate. She takes her time to explain what she finds and her recommendations. I always feel like she truly cares. I would love for her to be a pcp too!
All of the staff at this office are very professional and respectful. The doctor is thorough and knowledgeable. I have confidence in this care team and would refer anyone to them.
Always feel respected and cared for by Dr. Mullen.

Excellent experience
Dr. Mullin is a great doctor and she has a great staff. She was the doctor that discovered that I had some cancer in my uterus and immediately took action. I have have not had any reoccurrences. To this day, she remains steadfast on ensuring that there are no signs of cancer and always recommends a mammogram after visit, which I willingly comply with.I have a very high regard for University Hospital/Geauga Campus. They took care of my mother up until her death with the upmost care. The docs are great, very knowledgeable, and have always been very professional. I have instructed my daughter, who is also a nurse at UH Geauga, that I go nowhere but UH Geauga is something happens to me that I can't speak for myself.
All good.
Dr. Mullen is hands down one of the best doctors. She followed up with bloodwork immediately, listened and supported my decisions, and offered all the help and advice she could. I recommend her to everyone and it's always a joy to see her! The receptionists are a different story, one had a constant attitude when I tried to schedule my follow up, completely rude and making comments about the doctor, and the other was talking about a phone call she just got while exposing medical information about the person on the phone to the whole waiting room. It was sad.
Dr. Mullen was professional, helpful, and informative. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Mullen monitoring my female health.
Excellant care by dr. Mullen
Lori is a model Dr. Great respect for her.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
