Patient Experience Reviews
Dr McPhillips is excellent, Very pleasant & professional.Thank You!!
Dr. Kelly Mcphillips, this was my first time meeting with her. She took her time with me went over all my meds and my history. I felt very relaxed and not rushed. I would recommend her to other people. She is very pleasant and caring person. Thank you .
I am looking for a new physician. There is no longer the ability to have labs done on site. It is a major inconvenience to have to go elsewhere to have labs drawn. I prefer to have a physicians office that has the capabilities of doing labs and xrays on site.
The appointment was good.
Friendly
I was so happy the dr had an opening she could see me same day.
Great people I love them
I had to do it myself but it was with a specialist. And that appointment was four months into the future.
She is one of the best doctors I have ever met
All on all ot was a good experience. The doctor was very caring and listened to all that had to say. The nurse was excellent she was very personable I was super impressed with her.
Everything was good with my visit.
It was a new patient doctor visit, so we were getting to know each other, but I liked her very much
We are so happy we found Dr. McPhillips. We have already referred her to our cousin who is looking for a new PCP.
Dr. Mcphillips is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and takes her time with you.
This was the first visit to this provider. Dr. ***, who had been my Dr. For 40 years, retired. She was so good that thinking of replacing her was difficult. Dr. McPhillips was very good for a first visit but just not ***.
Dr. McPhillips really listened. She is empathetic, kind and warm. She includes you when making decisions about your health, as opposed to telling you what you need to do. I have recommended her and will continue to do so. My friends I recommended to her are also happy with the care they've received.
Im very pleased with UH medical team
Dr. McPhillips is wonderful. She takes time with you and listens. I have recommended her to a friend who now also sees her.
I have had several doctors in my nearly 78 years. Dr McPhillips is the first doctor who ever asked me to schedule an appointment to discuss my test results as well as the medications prescribed. The appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes; however, I had a few questions, and she took the time to answer them without making me feel as if I were being rushed or dismissed.
Great
I find her to be very kind and patient.
Kelly is an excellent primary physician. She explains things very well. I am extremely happy with her.
*** My provider, on the other hand, was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and really listened to me and my needs.
Dr. McPhillips is wonderful! She came up with a plan and then summarized that plan so my daughter knew what to do and how to care for herself. She told us exactly when to follow up to check on her progress.
My experience with Dr mcphillips was a good visit. I would recommend her to family and friends.
Very good. Thank you.
1st time visit very good nice caring doctor and office staff clean nice and friendly
This was my first time at this office and with Dr. McPhillips. I was impressed with the staff (front and back office). Everyone was friendly, efficient. Listened to my concerns. Explained everything completely. Very happy that I switched providers
I could not be happier with both the care I received and the genuine concern for me-during the visit
Dr. Kelly Manger-McPhillips is one of the best persons/doctors there.. If it weren't for her I wouldn't stay for so long at University Hospitals, she has always been the one providing the right information to me,and forwarding me to specialistsIn other medical areas.
Dr. McPhillips listens well to your concerns.
The staff and doctor are great. I left feeling confident that all of my concerns with my visit were explained and well taken care of.
We were looking for a new PCP and found her Dr McPhillips. She was kind of caring took the time with my daughter explained everything thoroughly and gave her some tips and tricks she could use. I would recommend her to everybody I know.
Dr. McPhillips is the best doctor I have seen, because she listens to the patient, understands what is wrong, and gives good recommendations for care.

She is my new doctor, but she was very thorough. I had Dr. *** but I like Dr. McPhillips as well. She is very good and competent doctor.
