It was a new patient doctor visit, so we were getting to know each other, but I liked her very much

Dr. Mcphillips is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and takes her time with you.
This was the first visit to this provider. Dr. ***, who had been my Dr. For 40 years, retired. She was so good that thinking of replacing her was difficult. Dr. McPhillips was very good for a first visit but just not ***.
Dr. McPhillips really listened. She is empathetic, kind and warm. She includes you when making decisions about your health, as opposed to telling you what you need to do. I have recommended her and will continue to do so. My friends I recommended to her are also happy with the care they've received.

I have had several doctors in my nearly 78 years. Dr McPhillips is the first doctor who ever asked me to schedule an appointment to discuss my test results as well as the medications prescribed. The appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes; however, I had a few questions, and she took the time to answer them without making me feel as if I were being rushed or dismissed.
