Dr. McDowell is nothing short of phenomenal. I switched to her last year ***. She is not only personable but also extremely intelligent. You feel so at ease under her care. She explains everything so well and always is asking if I have any questions. I can't express how happy I am that I'm a patient of hers. I have recommended her to three of my friends and all three now are patients of her as well. UH is luckily to have a doctor like her. Very grateful I have found Dr. McDowell!!!

This was a first visit/exam with Dr. McDowell. She is a very caring doctor that took her time to get to know me & my medical history. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a ob/gyn doctor!
