Susan Mayne is one of the best providers I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable even if the nature of the exam can be a little awkward. Every member of the team makes you feel welcome and I was able to schedule my follow up before I even left the exam room.
Everyone I met with in this office was super friendly, starting with the person who greeted me. It was a "happy" and inviting environment and seems like not only a great place to work but I can't imagine a patient having a bad experience.

From the energy upon entering the office, kind attention of her staff and the patients coming to and from are all aware of this on some level.Sue Is top notch,on the ball, and gives 100 percent every time I have been treated. The doctor and the nurse did an excellent job communication with Joey. He is nonverbal and has severe autism, but they spoke to him and made sure he was comfortable. Most doctors speak only to me (mom) after his exam, but they made a point to engage with him the entire time. It was very much appreciated.
Everyone was so friendly and compassionate. My daughter has special needs and is non-verbal. Everyone there couldn't have been more understanding. We drove an hour to get there because it was the soonest appointment we could get with dermatology, anywhere! It was totally with the drive. Medical appointments don't always go we with my daughter, so I always pray things will go smooth and expeditiously, but at the same time be helpful and informative. It was totally worth the drive. Kudos to the entire staff there! It was obvious they truly care.

CNP Susan is a gem. Really easy to talk to, and great sense of humor. I can get a little silly when I'm nervous, and she played right along with me. Even gave me a sticker and sucker for being a good patient. She was thorough In her explanations about the procedure both before she started and after the procedure was complete. Her assistant *** was a sweet heart. You can tell she enjoyed what she was doing, and had really warm way of connecting with patients.
