About
Toufik Madhun, MD, MPH, is a pulmonary and critical care physician at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Dr. Madhun completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Case Western Reserve University-University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
Dr. Madhun received his Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University in Portsmouth, Dominca. He received his Master of Public Health from Cleveland State University and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Madhun has participated in a number of research projects and presentations, including quality improvement and assurance with medical cases in pulmonary medicine and critical care.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
