Excellent doctor and staff
Overall decent experience. Could have provided handout regarding an in office procedure of what to expect and would have preferred to have my spouse with me for the visit. So explaining what was going to happen in more detail prior to the visit would have led to better planning. Staff and physician are friendly. Speaking with the physician directly regarding aftercare questions and concerns via phone would have been helpful. A follow up visit after having an in office procedure would have been helpful considering a few stitches were placed.

The level of care I received from Dr. Lowe was outstanding. She was respectful, courteous and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She showed genuine concern, actively listened to what I was saying and made the entire experience the best I've ever had with a medical professional (I'm over 50 so that's saying a lot).

Everything was great; the entire staff from reception, to the scheduling, the nurses and the dr herself were wonderful. Dr. Michele Lowe always explains what she does as she does it, makes sure that I feel safe in the office and at home, she always provides pads in case I get spotting after checkups, and she asks if I'm still liking my prescription and if I have any concerns with the prescription or in general.
Dr. Lowe is an excellent GYN. She is very caring and compassionate and explains everything to you. She is also respectful of your time so she doesn't keep you waiting. I have recommended her to my friends and family.

She made me feel comfortable about my visit there and my situation, before speaking to her I was very discouraged and emotionally nervous and a bit embarrassed! She saved the day and did a great job with my stitches.
Dr Lowe was absolutely amazing. She was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment within a day and never having seen her before. She was very kind, gentle and took wonderful care of me. I can't remember her nurses name, but she was fantastic as well.
