Patient Experience Reviews
All good A+
The visit with Janet exceeded my expectations.
Everyone was amazing. I had severely impacted ear wax. It took several visits to resolve the condition. I'm very happy with the results.
Provider exceeded expections, was easy to talk to and was attentive and engaging.
Very good experience.
Very good care
Excellent care as always from start to finish
Very little wait time. This was my first time seeing the nurse practitioner. She did a nice job. I just wished that I had emphasized how much the cough was bothering me. I did not get a prescription for a cough medicine. I had to go to an Express Care facility later in the week for my cough.
Sharon, the wonderful lady that answers dr Bermea's office phone was very caring and helpful. She should be recognized for outstanding performance.
From the Receptionist to the back office, incredible! This is a welcoming office. You feel like you're at home. Therefore, you keep nothing that is bothering you to yourself. That's how comfortable they make you feel.
Janet Kubera is great. She saved my life
Excellent care
Always happy with my health care provider and staff!!
Great staff and provider. Would highly recommend her to anyone
This was my first visit with nurse/practitioner Janet Kubera. She was easy to talk with, diagnosed my condition competently, and prescribed medication which has been effective. It was a pleasure to work with her.
Dr Bermea & team are outstanding
Provider apologized when she came in for the wait.
I am very impressed by her and tend to be wary of doctors.
Very thorough professional
I wasn't sure about seeing a Physician Assistant, but she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
From the receptionist to the MA to Np back to the checkout MA whom scheduled me an appointment. The whole experience was an exceptional experience.
Overall good experience. The PA is knowledgeable and listened carefully to me. I appreciated her offer to have me call after the appointment with questions, or if the prescription proved to be ineffective. Always impressed with this providers services!
The provider was great as usual. She was very caring, detailed, and professional. I followed Ms. Kubera from her office in *** all the way to her new office in ***.
The staff at UH is just the best!
Everyone at the office are excellent at their job and provide a very good experience every time that I am there. I highly recommend them!
I had a very good experience with Janet and the office in general
Best care!!
This was the first time I'd seen this Nurse Practitioner. Very Impressed.
Janet is the best medical professional I've ever seen in my life. I felt respected as a person and not just a number. She listened to all of my concerns, never interrupted me, and was just absolutely fantastic. She is the kind of provider all women deserve
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
