Patient Experience Reviews
I never have a problem with Dr Karns
I thought it was awful they scheduled a follow up without even asking me if it would work. It did not work so I has to change it.
Excellent care. Professional, kind, listened and offered options for pain relief.
Explained everything very well
Dr. Karns, Dr. ***, and the rest of their team were very kind and respectful. They both took my concerns into account, but also ultimately gave their own recommendation as to what treatment plan should be pursued. I felt like they listened to me and tried to guide me to what would be the best possible option.
Everyone was very good with my visit. I didn't take long to see the Dr. & were not held there for any length of time.
Dr Michael karns is an excellent surgeon. He is kind, considerate and knowledgeable surgeon. I would recommend him to everyone that I know and have to many family andFriends. The best!!!
Dr. Karns is the the best. He operated on my knee back in march was attentive to my rehab goals and recommended a similar thinking physical therapist. He kept up with my progress during PT, gave me excellent feedback and helped me reach my goals thus far. I could not have found a better orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Karns and his staff are outstanding! Everyone is extremely nice and very friendly. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Karns.
Dr. Karns and his staff are outstanding. I would recommend him hands down.
I thought the team was very good and I felt as if the doctor was trying to figure out exactly what was going on with my knee
Very good people always friendly this doctor is awesome and yes I would recommend this doctor to other people
It was excellent. Dr. Kerns is an awesome doctor. Highly recommended
Dr Karns & staff always greets me with a welcoming smile, concern & listens
Dr. Karns is excellent, he does move quickly (I'm sure because he is in high demand), but he made sure that I felt seen and cared for and took the time to continue building the personal connection with myself and my husband. He made sure that we had no additional questions, that we were set for surgery and the post-surgery follow up and that my questions about PT were answered and that I got the notes that I needed for my post-surgery care.
Doctor Karns did shoulder surgery on my right shoulder.
Dr Karns took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained test results clearly, provided a treatment plan for my specific needs and physical limitations., did a follow up call to see how I was doing.Excellent physician !
Love UH
I had an excellent experience
I have no complaints about the care provider my only complaint was the receptionist had a attitude and I told the Doctor that. I was told she was only there in a temporary basis. The black lady does not need a job like that if she has to work with a lot of people.
Dr. Karns was very nice and gave me excellent news that I did not need surgery. He was very thorough and covered all the details which gave me confidence that I can seek him out any time I need any ortho care.
This was my first visit with Dr. Karns. He is extremely nice as is his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Karns to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor.
Excellent provider
Everyone with Dr. KARNS is amazing
Very good
Got very good care
Good
Dr. Karns was very thorough with the exam and discussion about my problem and the results if the x ray.
Attentive and knowledgeable
Dr. Karns is the provider I see when/if my situation seems to require his area of expertise. I suffered a bad fall the week before and was able to get an appointment to see him in order to share my concerns. As always, everyone involved in the appointment was very kind and professional.
Dr. Karns, staff and office are exemplary of UH standard of my health care goat
Dr. Karns was a professional. Even though you knew he had done hundreds of my specific knee procedure he was thorough, concerned and kind. Glad he was recommended and will keep him in my list for any future needs I have.
