Have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Horne and her staff. The Urgent Care Facility in the Broadview Heights Medical Center is another matter entirely. Neither one of us (me and my Husband) will ever go there again. My husband has had two bad experiences - one in May and one this month.

Dr Horne is phenomenal. I trust her so that I followed her from her previous practice. Where she goes I GO! You rarely find a physician that listens & a bedside manner that matches. The nurses are awesome & are just as awesome as Dr Horne. The office staff does their thing in running things. They are polite & officiant & this may sound funny but the entire office is family!

Dr. Horne is very attentive to my health concerns. This was a regular yearly checkup, blood was drawn, urine sample also. I had a concern about some minor, occasional chest pain, so she did an EKG and advised me afterwards. I feel very comfortable seeing her and am more apt to ask her about any health concerns I have. Everyone in her office is always very nice and courteous.
My provider was very prompt and friendly , knowledgeable, and thorough, and she is always interested in me.
I consistently have a positive experience with Dr. Horne and the team at her practice. They are friendly, attentive, and efficient. If follow-up care is needed, they clearly explain next steps.

When my previous PCP retired and I had to find a new physician for both my ***-year-old mother and myself, we found Dr. Gina Horne and we are so fortunate and grateful that we did. I feel like I have known her forever. She is kind, compassionate, caring, and very,very, wise (and funny too). Her nursing and office staff, ***, and *** are also absolutely wonderful. Some people may be anxious or apprehensive upon going for a Doctors visit, but I never feel like that when going to see Dr. Gina. She is THE BEST!

Dr HOrne is the best! I previously had Jen Wertz and she never listened and my blood pressure med almost choked me out after I complained about it and she increased dosage. Made the switch and happy I did. My entire family sees Dr. Horne. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
