Have been trying to get my biopsy results for a week. Can't get on MY Chart to see it. What a joke system! Have called the Dr office 3 times during stated hours,and left messages to call me with the results. No call 8/25 . No one there knows how to use a phone and talk to a real person. Jeremy Honaker is the best of the best. I actually look forward to my bi-yearly skin cancer checks because he is just wonderful as a provider. He typically finds skin cancer and I have to go back for more surgery and stitches. That part I hate, but he makes the rest of the process quite pleasant. I don't feel rushed with him, he answers all my questions and addresses all my issues. He should get an award for top notch patient care!
