***. Dr Hadney is the best doctor I've had, hands down. She is excellent and really takes the time to make sure you're heard, no matter what. She is so patient and always making sure I'm good on every level before I leave the room. I don't ring in, but I picked that due to using messenger on the MyChart a lot. She responds so quickly, and is always there for me. *** her nurse, is also the sweetest person. She honestly brightens my day and is so caring. Whenever Dr Hadney isn't available, she responds back and so Informative. Front office Is great too, but little Interaction since they are good at their job. In and out, scheduling easy. Rescheduling easy too, even if Its online off working hours. Between the two though, they have made my doctors experience really great. Makes me comfortable and most importantly, I trust them. Thats really hard for me these days, and Im so glad to have found this location and team. Honestly. I dont even take these surveys, but they are that good to me, that I want to give them a great review.
Both Dr. Hadney and her assistant *** were very pleasant and seemed to care about my health. I would highly recommend Dr. Hadney to anyone. Unfortunately the receptionist needs to be a bit more friendly.

Dr. Hayden is a fantastic and wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable about medical care and medications. She is very kind and pleasant. Her assistant Alexis is Awsome. This particular visit was good but in the past when I had called about making an appointment for an illness, I was told I couldn't be seen any time that week and should go to urgent care.

As a new patient, this was my second visit with Dr. Hadney, both visits so far have been excellent! Minimal wait times, courteous and professional front desk staff and nursing staff. Dr. Hadney is wonderful! She listened attentively to all of my concerns, provided me with several options for each, ordered some additional tests and scheduled the follow up exam ***. This most recent visit was a follow up from my shoulder xray. We discussed the possibility of PT visits, which unfortunately I am unable to do right now between work and caring for my ill mother. Dr. Hadney was completely understanding and advised I call in if I change my mind and she would place an order right away. I have already recommended to her a few friends!

I have been looking for a new primary care doctor, and as you can see from my records - I've gone through several new doctors that have really giving me bad vibes about UH. This doctor was recommended by Dr. Galun and staff and her location couldn't be better for me. I could literally walk to her office. This doctor was awesome - very professional, kind, and listen to everything that concerns me and I'm thrilled that she is accepting me as a new patient. I couldn't give her a 10 because I just sat with her for the visit, discussing my health and going over the medications I am currently taking. This visit was basically a meet and greet that I scheduled with her. However, I do look forward to having her as my primary care doctor. I hope to give her a rating of 10 in the near future.

Dr. Hadney is one of the best internal medicine doctors I have ever seen. Considering that I have been battling chronic illnesses for 38 years, that is saying a lot! She is personable, listens, and is interested in the care I receive from my rheumatologist. She keeps up with the lab test results ordered by other doctors. She was also interested in my emotional and mental well-being, and was interested in the fact one of my cats had recently passed on. Dr. Hadney makes me feel like I am sitting down to have coffee with an old friend. I'm lucky she's my doctor.
