Elizabeth Gordon Spratt, MD, is an assistant professor and attending physician at University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Gordon is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Gordon earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency training at New York University School of Medicine, where she was elected to serve as chief resident.
Dr. Gordon Spratt joined the University Hospitals Department of Dermatology in 2021. Prior, she practiced dermatology in New York City as well as in Michigan with Henry Ford Health Systems. At University Hospitals, Dr. Gordon serves as the Medical Director of our Fairlawn location in the southeast region.
Dr. Gordon serves on committees for the American Academy of Dermatology advocating for transparent drug pricing as well as enabling affordable access to dermatology medications for patients. Dr. Gordon is published in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of the American Medical Association Dermatology and the British Journal of Dermatology. Her clinical interests include caring for patients with general and medical dermatologic conditions, with a particular interest in early skin cancer detection and management. Dr. Gordon is also involved in the mentorship and training of dermatology residents.

My visit was of an urgent nature and a cancellation on the day of my looking on line made it convenient to get in that afternoon. I did not wait long after check in, they were running on time. Dr. Spratt spoke with me, offered her recommendations after the exam and was able to offer in office treatment along with a prescription upon leaving. I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Gordon-Spratt. She's kind, cordial , friendly and supportive & very knowledgeable about my hair & scalp condition. She checked my head & scalp throughly & told me she saw new growth and my follicles look good. She & her nurse took all my vitals and I she told me to keep up the good work and continue using the Rogaine as prescribed. She an excellent Dermatologist!!

Waited a long time in the waiting room without update. However once in the room it was only a few more minutes before seeing the provider and the nurse did let me know there was someone ahead of me still. Best dermatologist ever tho!
