The Doctor was absolutely fantastic very professional and detailed you can observe that he was skilled and took pride in his work. He was very accommodating and prescribed some medication and was checking all the problems I had concerning my health problems. He image me feel that I can trust him with my care and even though his office very far from where I live his professional care is worth the travel

Dr. Funnell was excellent, took care of my concerns, gave me a prescription that gave me relief within 24 hours.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Funnell. He was very polite and understanding. I like the fact they he explained everything he was doing, broke down my previous results which my other doctor did not. Explained to me what was going on. Did another check up, he didn't just go off what the other doctor said. He was very understanding and listened to my needs and feelings. I have a lot of people who have been searching for a great ENT doctor and after leaving I let everyone know how understanding and through he is.

Ian and the rest of the team were the best l have ever seen. Some of the questions on here confuse me so l want to make it clear this was the best dr appointment l have ever had, especially because l came in incredibly nervous and Ian was awesome. They did recommend more testing but l am setting it up due to my schedule. Awesome office and l am lucky to have gotten in, l understand dr offices have incredibly long waits, especially for specialists. Thank you Ian and your office.

This was a quick visit so there was no need for Dr Funnell to sit while talking to me. I get the question but it's not always appropriate/necessary for them to sit. I really appreciated Dr Funnell and his staff!!

Love Dr Funnell! He's awesome and his staff is amazing too! Fit me in right away, I was in pain..
All I really needed was removal of ear wax, which Dr. Funnel did quickly, efficiently and without pain or discomfort. He also looked at my nose and mouth and made a recommendation to alleviate dryness in my nose, which was not part of my initial issue or questions. He was quick, efficient, thorough and respectful and I didn't have to wait at all. Excellent experience.
We felt very rushed. Dr. Funnell talked very fast & gave a lot of information very quickly. There was a lot of good information, just delivered very quickly with the feeling that there was no time for questions.
Dr. Fenell was highly recommended by my nurse as he treats the nurse's father, and he did not disappoint me! I would highly recommend him!

Ian was great. Office staff was fine. Absolutely appreciate Ian's ability to share information with me and answer my questions.
Office staff very friendly and accommodating. They fit me in same day due to hearing loss. Dr. Funnell is exceptionally smart and recognized right away what my ear and nose problems were. In his words he quickly by"made them go away" and I was able to hear again. Also ordered MRI to be sure internal structures are ok. Also gave recommendations to relieve breathing symptoms, which I tried later and they worked. Vey happy to have Dr. Funnell as my ENT (he was recommended by my wife, a UH RN and patient of his too).

The office staff although not rude were not friendly and no one knows the power of a smile. They have no idea the stress the patient is experiencing. You need to do a "secret shopper" on all the office staff in all the offices.

First visit with Dr. Funnell for ear wax removal was a good experience. The Doctor was friendly, thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and explained the procedure. Thrilled to be able to hear perfectly again.
