Dr Funnel stepped into an emergency situation from his home, through his answering service, after hours and with no obligation to do so. As soon as I was released from the hospital (where they had no ENT service or access to an ENT doctor), Dr Funnel fit me into his patient schedule and saw me thereafter by appointment until the problem was resolved. Hand his staff were courteous and supportive with any telephone questions following appointments. The experience with Dr Funnel could not have been better.
Dr. Funnell was very thorough in explaining results of my test and his recommendations. I have a lot of trust in him and respect his opinion. His support staff was very efficient and friendly.

This was my first appointment with this provider. It was a good first appointment in my opinion.
Dr. Funnel, is a superior doctor in ENT care. He explains things to you, talks to you, listens to you and tries his best to answer your questions. Sometimes he throws alot of info at you, but I feel it is because he is very thorough. Twice now, he did not let me leave the office without truly trying to help me feel a little better and I appreciate that very much.
Office was short staffed that day. Had a nice talk with the other patients in reception area. Was a nice experience and Dr. was very nice and explained everything he was doing.
