About
Nicole M. Fowler, MD, FACS, is a University Hospitals head and neck surgeon whose passion is providing top-level care for her patients. She joined the faculty in 2014 and is an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Fowler earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Notre Dame with honors and her MD at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, winning the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award for her compassion and commitment to patient care. She attended the Cleveland Clinic for her internship and residency in otolaryngology (ENT). Following her residency, she completed her head & neck oncology and microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She is board certified in otolaryngology.
Dr. Fowler is the Director of ENT Quality and Patient Safety and the Director of the Head & Neck Fellowship Program. Her expertise includes both ablation and microvascular reconstruction, with a focus on complex functional rehabilitation and restoration.
