I always leave with my questions answered and anything that we spoke about written on my paperwork. She is always helpfull, and she gives me the time I need, I have never felt rushed. This appointment was one that I called about I was having some problems, They made me am appointment and then called because they had a cancelation so I could be seen sooner,
This being a new provider for me, I felt at ease with her.
I had an appointment with Jenna Flick due to abdominal problems. She was so respectful, listened to me & gave me a diagnosis In understandable terms, while assuring me that I'll be OK. She,also, scheduled a colonoscopy for me, to make sure every avenue is covered to complete my healing. She & all her staff were so kind & thoughtful. This helped greatly reduce my anxiety.
I think this provider did an exceptional job for my visit with her. I would definitely recommend her and her team to others.

Although I am not scheduled to see her again, she encouraged me to call her her in about about three weeks to let me know how things are going she also said if I had any questions during those three weeks to feel free to call her at any time. This was my first time seeing Jenna Flick, I was very pleased, I'm always happy when a provider takes the necessary time and listens to all concerns I'm having at the moment. She took the time to thoroughly go over my previous records and scans, went above and beyond to try and get me a new medication that was needed and immediately set me up for procedures she thought that I should have. She also responded when I sent her messages through my chart pretty quickly. Being an employee that has come in contact with alot of nurses and doctors in the Ahuja facility, also being a pt with UH for the last 20+ yrs,I must say she was a breath of fresh air. You guys are lucky to have her on your team and so are her patients!
