I really appreciated that Jenna looked in my files and based on previous testing she looked at, came up with more possibilities to determine what is going on.

This was my first time seeing Jenna Flick, I was very pleased, I'm always happy when a provider takes the necessary time and listens to all concerns I'm having at the moment. She took the time to thoroughly go over my previous records and scans, went above and beyond to try and get me a new medication that was needed and immediately set me up for procedures she thought that I should have. She also responded when I sent her messages through my chart pretty quickly. Being an employee that has come in contact with alot of nurses and doctors in the Ahuja facility, also being a pt with UH for the last 20+ yrs,I must say she was a breath of fresh air. You guys are lucky to have her on your team and so are her patients!

*** The entire staff was pleasant, welcoming, professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. It was the most awesome health care experience I have ever had. Beautiful people inside and out. Ms. Flick was patient, demonstrated excellent active listening skills and after she listened to me, she asked questions, answered questions and asked me if I understood or had anything to add. Very professional and very down to earth. I emailed her via MyChart about misinformation in my medical history and she replied very promptly and gave me guidance as to how to correct this. Good vibes and I even got to meet the office manager/ supervisor. These people should be cloned throughout your practice groups at every campus. Very trustworthy.
