Lisa is great - knowledgeable, personable, explains and explores treatment options thoroughly and makes sure you understand what she is saying. Genuinely interested in you. I travel from the West side to have her as my provider. She is very accessible and follows up on everything she has discussed.

My first time appt with Lisa Farah and she made me feel comfortable, using terminology I could understand as well as respectful and listened to my concerns

Lisa was super! She was knowledgeable and spoke with clear and concise advice. I really like her.

Lisa provided excellent care and answered all questions.

This nurse practitioner took all the time I needed to listen to my concerns. All my experiences with nurse practitioners have been vary positive.

Lisa is the CNP for Dr. ***- they squeezed me in, to follow up on a second ablation I had a while ago - they fixed my Afib. - I think very highly of both *** and Lisa - they are excellent communicators and health providers - they fixed me and I am truly grateful - the nurse that gave me my EKG was ***, she also was a very good communicator and did her job very well...

Lisa listened to me very carefully, provided clear and understandable information/explanations, and was very caring. She spent all the time needed to make me feel at ease with my condition. I couldn't be more pleased with her.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Lisa Farah did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
