Patient Experience Reviews
The receptionist was excellent and found an eye dr that accepts my insurance to refer me to. Unfortunately the UH eye doctors could not see me until July, 5 months from now. That was unacceptable.
The convenient care personnel are always very helpful
The experience was excellent, timely and not rushed. Very good!
Provider listened to my concerns and gave me several prescriptions to address all of my symptoms. All staff were friendly and met all my needs. Would highly recommend.
All personnel were professional, polite, efficient, and friendly. I will return when needed. Thank you.
The receptionist was very patient and helpful when I called and asked a few questions. Since this is a walk-in clinic I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by interactions I had with the doctor and everyone there. I would definitely recommend this office.
Excellent care
Jackie is always helpful, caring. I go into the walk-in clinic for myself and my kids quite often and she does in the amazing job getting everybody in the schedules (Not just my house) as fast as she can. All the nurses and doctors are amazing. At least the ones that I/we've seen so far. Great job uh convenient care. Thank You
The care I was given was good but your asking questions not pertaining to going to an express care. I'm very disappointed that you can never get in to see your Dr. They automatically send you to an express care. I think having a Dr patient/ relationship has gone down hill.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
