I wish all my providers were as helpful as Dr. Donahue and his staff. Especially when it comes to putting my concerns or questions in MyChart message board. Dr Donahue has his office call me right away when I have problem with my eyes because of the Thyroid Eye Disease, I have. Dr Donahue is an excellent Dr.
My experience was good. All my questions were answered. He explained options to get needed prescription eye drops. And my insurance was able to pay for it. I really appreciate his efforts to help me.
