Ryan is an amazing pediatrician. He always has a genuine care for not only my kids but my family as a whole. He always eases our mind and answers our questions fully and in ways that make sense without sounding condescending or passing judgement. He really is a kind person and excellent at his profession. Along with the staff who are always kind and respectful , we always have a positive experience and my kids adore him.

Ryan is THE BEST. He is so down to earth, caring, and genuine, even when we're a late Friday visit. We adore him!
Ryan has a nice calming effect. My daughter felt very comfortable and laughed around him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Uh is likely to have him in the team.
The provider during our visit was excellent with my daughter. He helped put my concerns at ease and was super informative, definitely would recommend and see him again for any concerns/check ups.
Ryan is the best physician in the practice. I never felt more comfortable with anyone else. He always listens to what I say or ask and gives me the answer I need. He makes me feel like I am the most important patent he has. He talks and acts like a friend, an older brother. I am very comfortable asking him questions. Ryan is compassionate and caring! I hope he will be here every time I need to see a physician. RYAN IS THE BEST!
Dr. Codner was the most considerate doctor that we have seen. My daughter has ongoing issues and he took the time to understand what has happened in the past and how we can prevent future visits.
Ryan is an excellent provider. I cannot express enough how caring and thoughtful he was with my girls. He is very gentle and speaks to them calmly. He also takes the time needed to listen and understand my concerns and addresses them in a very thorough manner.
He's awesome
Ryan Codner is by far our favorite provider. He is great with my son and easy to talk to.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
