Patient Experience Reviews
Very good experience with my provider and staff.
DR Cia (can't spell rest of his name!) But it's Dr Scott Ciassia or some spelling like this and his assistant are wonderful
My provider is very caring.
I had a great experience at this center. The staff that checks you in are amazing and friendly. Everyone did a great job.
Juan, the gentleman who placed my son's cast was awesome in explaining all the steps and making my son feel comfortable during the process.
Always the best of service.
Good and knowledgeable
Good experience with this provider.
Dr. Ciaccia explained everything very well and understood my concerns. I have a much better understanding of my condition and options.
He was excellent for me.
Very happy and satisfied with my care.
This is a very busy orthopedics practice and I see several of the physicians for different issues. They move you through quickly, but in a good way. You don6feel rushed and your time is not wasted. Everyone, from start to finish is outstanding. Respectful and professional. Only place that I would go to for orthopedics care.
Trust Dr Ciaccia 100% - he is a true asset to the team

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
