Patient Experience Reviews
Dr. Butt was amazing!
1) I did not have my calendar to schedule my next appt. Scheduled next appt online,2) Very impressed with Tina Butt. She was addressing my whole body, not just my diabetes. She is very personable, thorough care and easy to communicate with.3) *** is always helpful, strong communicator and very in-tune with the in-take process.
Tina Butt is fabulous! I felt so comfortable with her and respect her guidance toward my care. I couldn't be happier to have met her!
Tina Butt is the most attentive compassionate care giver I have ever seen
Tina Butt was very informative and we had a good discussion with her.
Excellent experience.
Tina was very helpful and kind. I was very confident that she listened and gave me advice
Always excellent for my check ups and have zero complaints
This was a most pleasant experience for my first time appointment with Tina Butt. I have bad anxiety when it comes to providers and Tina was most understanding regarding these fears I have.
Excellent I see TINA Butt again if my normal provider was not available
Very satisfactory no complaints.
Tina is a gift to the medical world!
Very good
I would gladly see this provider again.
Tina is an excellent provider!!
I like Tina Butt very much ..glad to see her again!
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE VISIT,THE PEOPLE WERE NICE .THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Great experience
I finally found a provider I really connected with and the office is closing. I found Tina to be very personable and I've looked for someone like her for a long time. Shame on UH for closing the Orwell office.
UH is going to sorely miss Tina Butt. Her caring and truly compassionate care is rare. My family and I willl be leaving UH to follow her to her new practice. Sad that UH treated their staff in Orwell so poorly.
Excellent care Don't understand why you are closing this office highly disappointed
Keep my Dr. Office open. I will not go to Jefferson. Middlefield is not taking new patients
All good
I love Tina Butt ***
Excellent care, communications and treatment!
Tina spent a lot of time answering my questions . She listens to all my concerns and is very friendly with a positive attitude.
Very professional
This provider goes above and beyond to take her time with patient during routine visits.
Tina Butt CNP and the whole office team are great! I always feel that I'm being heard, validated, and Tina is very knowledgeable about all topics we have discussed. She really listens and considers how I would like my care to be handled. Very grateful to have her as my primary!
The care I received was very good.
She always listens, she's compassionate as well as knowledgeable , I have faith in her judgement and know I'm in good hands !
Dr. Butt has been out family doctor since Dr. *** left the area, she has always been friendly and courteous during visits listening to cares and concerns. Seeing her last year after leaving the *** systems after a sever motorcycle accident Dr. Butt sat with my wife and I and took the time to answer questions and concerns we had that I couldn't get answers for from *** doctors. Since everytime I see Dr. Butt she knows about all my follow up appointments at *** and covers any questions I still have in detail. For my ongoing therapy Dr Butt did refer my to a local place that will report my progress to her office to better my care . My current personal medical situation would have been much harder to understand without her help and explanations
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
