I continue to be impressed with the doctors in this practice. I usually see Dr. ***, who is excellent in explaining matters in a register of vocabulary (high) that I appreciate, and Dr. Paul Bures showed the same level of compassion and knowledge. Some questions in this survey asked about calling the office with follow-up questions. I don't call the office, but I do use the messaging system provided by the hospital system. Dr. Bures replied almost immediately to a question I had about using the medication prescribed. Thank you, Dr. Bures, for your professionalism!

This was a follow up visit after being seen in an emergency room. The care provider was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Dr Bures is a excellent doctor. During every visit with him he always asks me how everything is going with me. Then he wants to know what the main reason I am here for. While I'm explaining this to him he is always listening to every detail of my problem with great attention. Then he examines me if needed. After the exam he explains his diagnosis with great detail and in layman terms. Dr Bures also shows great concern for my overall health and well being. Dr Bures is a great doctor overall.

Dr. Bures is great! I am comfortable talking to him and he is a very good listener. I especially like that he first suggests changes to diet and exercise to correct any ailments rather than going right to prescription drugs. I have recommended him to friends and family.
