I continue to be impressed with the doctors in this practice. I usually see Dr. ***, who is excellent in explaining matters in a register of vocabulary (high) that I appreciate, and Dr. Paul Bures showed the same level of compassion and knowledge. Some questions in this survey asked about calling the office with follow-up questions. I don't call the office, but I do use the messaging system provided by the hospital system. Dr. Bures replied almost immediately to a question I had about using the medication prescribed. Thank you, Dr. Bures, for your professionalism!

Very professional yet personal. Made me feel my visit was important even though it was my yearly check up and nothing was physically wrong. Xrays were ordered and the hospital called me to set them up. I am very pleased with Dr. Bures and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bures is a excellent doctor. During every visit with him he always asks me how everything is going with me. Then he wants to know what the main reason I am here for. While I'm explaining this to him he is always listening to every detail of my problem with great attention. Then he examines me if needed. After the exam he explains his diagnosis with great detail and in layman terms. Dr Bures also shows great concern for my overall health and well being. Dr Bures is a great doctor overall.

After my long time GP retired I was concerned as he knew me well. After the first visit with Dr. Bures I felt very comfortable and glad he assumed the practice. I happened into the care of Dr. Bures sort of haphazardly. It was one of the best things to have happened. I feel listened to and not spoken down to. He is a genuine person who is easy to feel at ease around. I typically have a fair amount of anxiety around doctors due to some unfortunate circumstances in my past, but he has given me a renewed faith in my ability to trust a provider.
