Dr. Brown listened well and answered my question about a possible UTI. She had my urine checked and results were sent quickly to MyChart. Since my BP was good ( reason for this visit) I was scheduled for my next visit ( physical) in 6 months. This was my first visit with Dr. Brown who is taking over care for me and my husband since *** left UH. I'm happy with our new Dr. Brown.

Was my first visit to the doctor as a new patient to her. I needed clearance for an eye surgery. She was very thorough getting to know me and listens well. She sent me for normal blood test since I was new to her and cleared me for surgery.

I had an ongoing respiratory condition for a month. The office was able to get me in to be seen the same day I called. It's also a newer physician for me and only my second visit. I really like the practice. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Office scheduled an additional appointment (cardiology) for me the following week. But then subsequently cancelled the appointment without notifying me. It was a waste of my time. And no apparent appreciation for the urgency of the appointment.

Dr Brown and her nurse are very professional and pleasant. Her nurse is amazing, making patient feel comfortable and welcome. Dr Brown takes the time to explain things clearly and is always checking that her info is correct before making any suggestions. We are happy to have such a caring team as our primary.

This was my initial visit and I was impressed. I had to choose a new Dr after my original provider left the area, and the Dr that took over for her, I and my husband, we were not satisfied with her right off the bat. My neurologist recommended Dr Sara Brown and we were very happy. Thank you!

Dr Brown is a very thorough practitioner. Due to an illness, a visiting nurse assigned to me had to call Dr Brown. The nurse actually took the time to call me to say that Dr Brown was one of the best physicians she had ever contacted for a patient. Her attitude and professionalism are beyond compare and so appreciated.

I was very happy I could get an appointment so quickly as I waited to long to get medical attention. I was hoping I could kick it myself. The doctor was very attentive and did not make me feel rushed. My regular doctor is leaving so it was a " test' to see how I felt about the new doctor. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Brown!

I've had to find a new provider due to Insurance changes. Dr Brown was one of the many Dr on the list through the new insurance. After researching all the available Dr's; Dr Brown was taking new patients. So far I have nothing but good things to say. She listens and responds to your concerns in a manner of respect and caring. I grateful I was able to locate a Dr I actually like so much.
