I am a new patient at this office and this was my first time seeing this provider. Aside from waiting, my experience was great with everyone I interacted with this day. My provider was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to listen and care about my concerns. She ordered additional testing and requested that I schedule a biopsy. Additionally, she explained why and what the next steps were and why they were important to determine the root of the problem. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30am. I did not see my provider until approximately 10:10am. I waited in the waiting room and then waited the remainder of the time in the exam room while waiting to be seen.

Provider was fantastic. My first time seeing her and I will be going back. The wait in the exam room was long despite the lobby being mostly empty.
