Dr Bhardwaj always does an excellent job

Dr. B is an amazing doctor. *** and I love her. The most recent visit was for flu, and we were all soooo concerned and ready to get back to normal. Dr. B saw us twice and explained about antibiotics and what she believed *** was going through in a calm way. I am really glad Dr. B was the one with the sense of the bunch and kept us on track. We lost our minds trying to get back to our routines, and we really needed Dr. B's expertise and advise, which she really delivered. An antibiotic would have made me feel better, but it wouldn't have been the best thing for her, and I am glad Dr. B did not prescribe one. Thank you.

Dr. Bhardwaj goes beyond and speaks to you with the knowledge of a doctor and a mother. Very thorough, receptive and sends you off with confidence in your next steps.

I believe this was our first time seeing this doctor at [...]. [...] had a broken wrist - we got right in, she got us to a medical center for xrays, and followed up with us on the results after hours, which was very appreciated. I am very happy that we made the switch for our children to this practice, we have had nothing but great experiences with each and every doctor that we have seen.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Anita Bhardwaj did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
