Patient Experience Reviews
Very good experience, the volume of her voice was clear but was a bit too loud so I was afraid others outside of the room could hear everything that was said. If she could speak a bit less loudly that would be great. She may typically have older clients who have issues with hearing so that could explain why but the base volume could start lower then go higher depending on the patient needs.
Overall good.
Dr. Bell and the entire staff there are always top tier. Thank you!
Good experience
Love they see fast
Excellent experience everyone I am there. They take great care of me and my concerns. I feel that they listen and provide the best care. I am grateful.
I had a overall good appointment.
I've never has a bad experience with this provider.
I have always had an excellent experience coming to this office and provider. I am very healthy so there isn't much to talk about except to get my prescriptions filled.
She was great!
It was great
Ms Bell is a great Nurse Practitioner. I would definitely see her again if *** cannot see me.
Excellent visit. I felt very comfortable and heard.
I have always had good experiences with this Medical staff and all the physicians.
Dr. Bell, ***, the studying provider, and also the check in receptionist are always same each time myself or my father visits the office. I am happy to have them as my providers!
Ms Bell took time to go over all my medications and concerns. ***
Iesha was thorough and knowledgeable about my condition. She is not my PCP, but I was happy to be able to see her when I needed to see someone.
Everything flowed smoothly, tests were gone over and explained. Future appointment, prescription refills, and tests were made, for upcoming appointment. Iesha is a very good health care giver.
Dr. Bell always makes me feel like she cares about me, she actively listens to me and looks at me like she truly cares about my concerns. She is always friendly and professional. I feel she always does her best at being thorough in trying to figure out what is happening with me and how she can help. I have seen her many times and she is ALWAYS the same (as I have described). I feel like I can really open up and am comfortable in saying the difficult things out loud without judgment. I trust her and this is something that is difficult for me. I feel like she is not only a really good medical professional, but also an amazing person in general. I really like her and as much as I hate going to the doctor, I enjoy seeing her.
The experiance was very good. The care provider was very knowledgeable.
All very polite, professional and friendly.
Good
Best PCP I've had since I've been in Cleveland. She listens, she's professional, kind, courteous, whole health oriented and an excellent provider. I left my last provider because of poor bedside manner, poor communication and lack of concern.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
