Patient Experience Reviews
Ms Bell is a great Nurse Practitioner. I would definitely see her again if *** cannot see me.
Excellent visit. I felt very comfortable and heard.
I have always had good experiences with this Medical staff and all the physicians.
Dr. Bell, ***, the studying provider, and also the check in receptionist are always same each time myself or my father visits the office. I am happy to have them as my providers!
Ms Bell took time to go over all my medications and concerns. ***
Iesha was thorough and knowledgeable about my condition. She is not my PCP, but I was happy to be able to see her when I needed to see someone.
Everything flowed smoothly, tests were gone over and explained. Future appointment, prescription refills, and tests were made, for upcoming appointment. Iesha is a very good health care giver.
Dr. Bell always makes me feel like she cares about me, she actively listens to me and looks at me like she truly cares about my concerns. She is always friendly and professional. I feel she always does her best at being thorough in trying to figure out what is happening with me and how she can help. I have seen her many times and she is ALWAYS the same (as I have described). I feel like I can really open up and am comfortable in saying the difficult things out loud without judgment. I trust her and this is something that is difficult for me. I feel like she is not only a really good medical professional, but also an amazing person in general. I really like her and as much as I hate going to the doctor, I enjoy seeing her.
The experiance was very good. The care provider was very knowledgeable.
All very polite, professional and friendly.
Good
Best PCP I've had since I've been in Cleveland. She listens, she's professional, kind, courteous, whole health oriented and an excellent provider. I left my last provider because of poor bedside manner, poor communication and lack of concern.
My daughter has a disability and the doctor and staff are so respectful and include her in all healthcare decisions. She is very happy with her doctors and staff and as her mother/guardian I am grateful that they speak directly to her and include her in her medical decisions.
*** Iesha is a great doctor ***
Everything was good.
I was satisfied with my visit. Iesha was thorough and addressed my concerns. I would not hesitate to refer family members to her.
I thought the staff was very friendly and the doctor was very thorough.
I love Iesha and ***!!!! She has been the very best primary I have ever had in my life!! She works together with me I came in taking multiple medications I'm now down to 1 and she's been lowering the dose she is the best!!!!
Everything Great and happy
The type of apt I needed couldn't be school by then. I had to call myself
We are new to this office. Originally the doctor we wanted to see was unavailable. NP Bell was outstanding! She was personable, knowledgeable, and patient despite being the only provider in the office. I would recommend her to anyone!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
