Patient Experience Reviews
Good
Iesha is amazing. She's helped me more in the few months I've been her patient than my previous PCP did in nearly 15 years. I'm already feeling exponentially better. Iesha always takes her time with me, never rushes our visits, explains things thoroughly, and is very knowledgeable. What I appreciate the most is that she makes me feel heard. She truly listens & makes me feel cared about as a patient. I can't say enough positive things about her, and have recommended her to a coworker who is looking to switch providers
Very good
Nurse practitioner Bell exceeded my expectations as far as my care and well-being of my concern
I enjoy my visits with my doctor, she always has answers for my questions.I always wonder why there are not Holistic doctors on staff they usually have very important and interesting viewpoints on health topics and illnesses, especially nutrition.
Providers care was excellent!

Wonderful treatment by all
Iesha is the best. I do my check up once a year and it always goes well. I am comfortable with her and I trust her. She does great for me and I hope I can continue to be her patient. *** great too.
Dr. Bell is a wonderful example of a caring physician.
Good experience
Very satisfied with care
Good
Very good experience, the volume of her voice was clear but was a bit too loud so I was afraid others outside of the room could hear everything that was said. If she could speak a bit less loudly that would be great. She may typically have older clients who have issues with hearing so that could explain why but the base volume could start lower then go higher depending on the patient needs.
Overall good.
Dr. Bell and the entire staff there are always top tier. Thank you!

I have always had an excellent experience coming to this office and provider. I am very healthy so there isn't much to talk about except to get my prescriptions filled.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
