The MA tried to schedule a follow up visit, but the system was down. I appreciated Brittany's careful consideration as to whether or not to prescribe another course of antibiotics. In the end, she didn't and was correct about the nasal spray.

I am very pleased with the the care that I received from Brittany Barger. She was very personable and very caring. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. She also took time to discuss and answer all if my questions. I was not pleased that i had to wait for 45 minutes after my appointment time to get in to see the doctor.

Brittany was great. it was my first time seeing her but she was thorough, kind and professional! while waiting, the nurse who did my initial assessment with vital signs was so great and went above and beyond by getting me water while I waited. she was very attentive and kept me informed while waiting.

She was very informative and listened to everything that I had to say. I haven't had a primary doctor since moving back to Ohio 6 years ago. After seeing Brittany, I feel comfortable making her my primary doctor and seeing her for any issues that I have.

Was excellent. I've seen Brittany twice with 4-6 weeks. She personally called me on her day off to give me test results

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
