Professional, yet I felt I could talk to him,not like just another patient

I've never had a bad experience with this office. I went to a UH ED and they did nothing for my Flu A. I was able to get ahold of Matt and he called me personally, and was able to get a steroid sent in for my cough, the front desk and MA are always friendly, helpful, and happy. They always get me scheduled quickly when needed.

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized.
