The doctor was very honest with my Aunt. He went over all her tests she had done in the Emergency Room and explained to her what she needed to do on her part to improve. He took time with her, which was much appreciated. Sometimes the elderly do not want to listen to family, but when the doctor explains the whys, they listen better. They still may not do what they are told to improve, but they do hear what is being said.
Good listener. He takes the time to listen to your issues and concerns. Very passionate about your health.
I left feeling better about my health. I had been out of the hospital a week and he explained my care and medicine I was taking. When I left I felt if I needed him I could rely on him and the staff.

Even though the doctor and his staff have been extremely busy, when I was in the exam room and it was "my turn" I was treated like his only patient-in the world. I had been feeling more under stress, and really needed that concern. And .. Got it!!

Dr John C Beniewicz is caring, understanding and I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
I have spent as long as a half-hour holding on the phone to reach the provider's office. Often I have had to hang up as I have other things to do and have had to call back again and hold an equally long amount of time. That is a big change since UH took over!!!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Baniewicz, he is everything a Patient wants with a Primary Care Physician!! He is so personable, so caring and also very attentive, making It very easy to talk to him, makes you very comfortable to address any concerns. He's also very thorough, you feel like you're in the best hands with him (he leaves no rock unturned), really seems to know what he's doing (or certainly giving It his best)!! He's the perfect Primary Care Physician, which other Doctors could really learn from!! Keep up the GREAT Job!!

Excellent doctor and full of knowledge. He stays with me until every question is answered sometimes more than half hour.
I am completely satisfied with the health care provided to me by Dr. Baniewicz. He is very knowledgeable in terms of his profession, thoroughly explains the purpose of his exams and issuance of prescriptions. As a patient, he has never made me feel rushed. I feel comfortable in asking him whatever medical concerns I may have during my visit knowing that he will take the time to answer them.

I just want to say how caring and compassionate Dr. Baniweicz is. He asked me how I was managing alone, was I taking care of myself, getting exercise and if I needed anything. He wanted to know how I felt, not just labs or x-rays. I felt like I was important to him. I am so glad to have him as my physician.

Dr. John C. Baniewicz is is the process of taking me off/moving some meds around. He explained thoroughly the reasons why, and I was pleased to hear this. Absolutely love Dr B but it's hell getting someone to answer the phone at that office, I know everyone is short staffed these days and it's absolutely no reflection on Dr B but it's easier for me to drive over in person to get through someone than to sit on the phone for over 20 minutes and not have someone pick up. Insane.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
This is my first visit with this doctor because my Dr. *** retired. I am very satisfied with this first visit. He was very was very thorough. I now live with my daughter and husband and they were in with me. I have been going to this Dr. Baum for years and to this office so I was a dreading changing to a new doctor. Dr. B. Is new for me since my regular Dr. Moved to ***. I found he has the same personality as my previous doctor which put me at ease since I had been with my other doctor for 17 years!
I cannot begin to express how much I value Dr. Baniweicz. He truly is concerned about me and how I am managing. I am a widow and he always asked how I have been managing at home, do I get out of the house and if there is anything that I may need. This is the type of physician that I value. He sees me as a whole person and not just what I came to see him about.
My psychiatrist of about 30 years retired. Dr. Baniewicz said he would be happy to monitor my mental health and to keep prescribing the medication that I've been doing well with for years. That was a big relief.
