Dr. Bak and her team are the best!

Dr. Bak is an excellent physician who is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. However, during my last two visits, I have felt that there was not enough time to address my concerns adequately. I do not blame Dr. Bak for this. It is very clear that she is so tightly scheduled that she has no other option but to move on to the next patient at the appointed time or fall behind. I've really noticed this change since her practice has come under UH direct management

Dr. Bak, is always courteous, respectful, patient and listens to what I have to say and makes the best decisions as to what is needed health wise for me. Her nurse is great as well.

Dr Bak always listens and addresses any concerns I may have. She is also very familiar with my family history. Dr Bak is very professional yet, she puts you at ease and you feel like you're talking to one of your friends. I have recommended her to several friends and family members who are looking for a new PCP.

I was impressed of Dr Bak's efficiency. She scheduled an appointment with a specialist, an x-ray appointment and a referral for an mri, while I was waiting just a couple of minutes. Quite amazing. She also listened very attentively to my problems.
