Patient Experience Reviews
Carrie is a phenomenal provider. She is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Carrie has impeccable bedside manor and I felt very comfortable discussing my health concerns with her.
They were all very nice they explained everything to .
Excellent care. Listened to my concerns and ordered appropriate labs.
This was the first time seeing this provider due to needing a new one. Carrie was very friendly and very easy to speak with. Everyone in the office was extremely nice!
Carrie Astrab was excellent! This was my first visit with her, just for a physical and to get blood work, and she was very professional, made me feel at ease, and personable.
I really like her she was concern about me and did everything for me wish all medical people were that kind.
Great visit !! Carrie was honestly the best health care provider I have ever had. I will refer everyone to her.
The nurse was very careful and expressed concern when I was in pain. The provider was very nice and took time to explain things.
Excellent
Everyone I interacted with was very helpful as usual
Very informative and reassuring
From the greeting with a smile at the from desk to the initial nurse, who took my vitals (*** or ***-I couldn't hear because of my sudden hearing loss), to Carrie, the entire experience was exceptional. Carrie was kind, inquisitive, and helpful. She examined me, while taking me through what she was doing. I found her approachable and very knowledgeable. Outstanding visit! Ironically, the reason I went there was that my mom went there two days prior, thankfully, and the other Nurse Practitioner, sent her for immediate tests. Thanks to the ordered blood and scan, my mom was able to be admitted through the ER and scheduled for immediate surgery to remove her inflamed appendix. Life saving team if medical professionals there. I'll recommend to everyone I know.
Carrie CNP is a great provider she is understanding and compassionate
Very good experience with provider. She was very understanding & helpful & took the time to talk & help me.
She was excellent, better than my primary care doctor
The Dr was very nice I really liked her and would love to have her for any other things I need to address. She was pleasant and very through with my care
Carrie is excellent, she listened, and explained everything.
I'm switching from *** to University for several reasons including insurance & doctor availability. I scheduled myself with Carrie Astrub and couldn't be more pleased at how kind she was as well as how thorough she was about wanting to get to the bottom of my illness. FINALLY I was on the mend 2 days after I seen this provider after suffering 2 other rounds of meds through *** and over 6 weeks of self medicating OTC and just being miserable. I'm so grateful that Carrie Astrub took the time to listen to everything I had already tried and made it her mission to get me better!!! I'm almost 100% recovered after 5 full days of the antibiotic & steroid that Carrie prescribed and took the time to investigate for me after what I had already been prescribed but failed. I will say I am experiencing a small yet warned of side effect (skin irritation & very itchy) from the antibiotic that I'm confident will subside once I've completed with the 10 day treatment.
Carrie is exceptional at what she does. She really took the time and listened to me like no other provider has done in the past. I'm so glad I found her!
Staff was fabulous!!!

Carrie was very professional, yet approachable and easy to talk to.
Excellent experience. Best i've had at the hale st clinic yet.
I had told Carrie I needed my blood thinner meds and compression socks and that it was workers compensation, when I went to get my meds at drug Mart my insurance had to pay for the blood thinner meds and I didn't get my socks.when I called the hospital the next day I found out that Carrie Astrab wasn't a workers Comp doctor. She DID NOT TELL ME THAT
Very friendly and concerned .
