Study Purpose

The purpose of this research study is to generate a database of patients being treated with an intrathecal Baclofen (ITB) pump. This is an implantable device that delivers a muscle relaxer directly to the affected region of the spine.

Age: 0-18 OR 19 or older if continuing care with a pediatric orthopedic surgeon
