Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combination of standard biologic medication for psoriasis, plus either continuing your same diet or changing to the Mediterranean Diet. The Mediterranean diet emphasizes plant-based foods and healthy fats and includes seafood, vegetables, beans, fruits, whole grains, and seeds and nuts. The study will help us assess the importance of incorporating dietary changes in addition to prescribing biologic medications.
