Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapcabtagene autoleucel following the selected lymphodepletion regimen versus Standard of Care (SOC) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with active, refractory lupus nephritis (LN).
