A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Phase 4 Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Avacopan in Subjects with Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA)-associated Vasculitis

Study Purpose

This study is being done to learn more about the good or bad effects of avacopan and how well it is working in treatment of ANCA-associated vasculitis. Additionally, the study also aims to assess the maintenance of remission (recovery state) on treatment with avacopan in participants confirmed with ANCA-associated vasculitis.
