Study Purpose
The purpose of this study is to assess whether oxygen supplementation during sleep improves cognitive functioning such as working memory among children who have Down syndrome with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Who Can Participate
Participants 5-17.9 years of age with Down syndrome and diagnosed with OSA after having the typical surgery for OSA in children (adenotonsillectomy) may be eligible for this study. For more information about this trial visit https://www.dosatrial.org/
