Volunteer Services

With growth comes exciting, new challenges and the need for services that only a volunteer can provide.

Volunteer Services at UH Bedford Medical Center

Working as a volunteer at UH Bedford Medical Center, a Campus of UH Regional Hospitals offers many opportunities. Volunteers work at our main information desk, deliver mail to the departments and flowers to the patients. Some volunteers work in specific departments handling a variety of tasks like filing, faxing, and making phone calls. If a community member has time to give, we'll find a place to use his or her talents at UH Bedford Medical Center.

The program currently has over 60 active volunteers donating a minimum of three hours per week to the hospital. Volunteers come from the surrounding communities: Bedford, Bedford Heights, Macedonia, Maple Heights, Northfield, Sagamore Hills, Solon, Twinsburg, and Walton Hills.
